Use of Nika

Nika is provided for private meeting notes, user-started recordings, transcripts, AI-assisted summaries, action items, and to-dos.

You are responsible for using Nika lawfully, including obtaining any consent required before recording a meeting or conversation.

No Hidden Recording

Nika is intended for user-started recording only. You must not use Nika to record secretly or in violation of applicable laws or obligations.

AI Output

Nika may generate transcripts, summaries, tasks, and other AI-assisted output. AI output may contain errors, omissions, or inaccurate context.

You are responsible for reviewing AI output before using it for decisions, sharing, or recordkeeping.

Local Data and Device Responsibility

Nika stores app data locally on your device in this release. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and protecting it with appropriate device security.

Cloud sync, cloud backup, account login, and payment features are not included in this release.

Nika does not provide legal, financial, medical, security, or other professional advice. You should not rely on Nika as a substitute for professional judgment.

Availability and Changes

Nika may change, improve, or remove features over time. Features may vary by platform, device capability, operating system, and app version.
